Terms of Sale
All carpets are available for in-home approval. You select a carpet and we will arrange to have it shipped to you for your inspection. If you decide to return it you will be responsible for return shipping and delivery shipping. Shipping is usually not more than $50 each way. We need to be notified within 5 days of receipt of the carpet if you intend to return it. After 5 days, all sales are final.

All transactions must be paid in advance. If you choose to pay by credit card you will be charged the full amount, and the carpet will be shipped immediately. If you prefer to pay by check, the carpet will be shipped after the check clears the bank.

If a carpet on approval needs to be returned, and you paid by check, you will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping charges. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your card less any shipping charges, plus 5% for credit card transaction fees.

Sometimes carpets are damaged in shipment or contain defects of manufacture. If this happens call us right away at (510) 655-6503. We will arrange to have it returned at no charge to you.
